1. githubとかにリポジトリを作る

2. Read the Docsでプロジェクト作成

3. Read the Docsでgithbuのurlを登録

4. githubの設定のwebhookでreadthedocsを選択

5. 以後、githubにpushするたびにRead the Docsも更新
